Welcome to Golden Grove Counseling, LLC - where your mental well-being is the priority. I provide a safe and supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions, with affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent individuals.

Therapy here is personalized and trauma-informed, focused on helping you better understand yourself while developing tools that feel practical and manageable in your daily life. I believe healing begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported - and that you don’t have to go through it alone.

    LGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy

What sets Golden Grove apart?

  • A thoughtful, client-centered approach.

Therapy here looks at the full picture - your experiences, patterns, relationships, identity, and life context - not just symptoms.

This work is collaborative and trauma-informed, with care tailored to your needs, goals, and lived experiences. Together, we focus on building insight, developing coping strategies, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

  • Support that feels human and collaborative.

You won’t be told what to do or pushed in a direction that doesn’t feel right.

My role is to walk alongside you - listening, understanding, and helping you make sense of what you’re going through. Therapy is a space to build confidence, strengthen your sense of agency, and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you (with a little room for humor along the way).

  • Practical, evidence-based care.

I use proven, evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to your individual needs.

This means therapy is not only grounded in effective practices, but also flexible and personal - so you leave with tools and insights that actually apply to your day-to-day life.
