Services Provided

Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and experiences. I offer support for a range of concerns, including:

  • Individual therapy for children (ages 10+), adolescents, and adults

  • Trauma-informed therapy, including support for those experiencing symptoms related to past experiences or PTSD

  • LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy

  • Support for anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, and ADHD

  • Therapy for neurodivergent individuals

  • Support with life transitions, relationships, boundaries, and identity exploration

  • Couples and family counseling (offered on a limited basis depending on clinical fit and availability)

You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy provides a space to better understand what you’re experiencing while building tools to help you feel more grounded, supported, and in control.

I offer both in-person and virtual (telehealth) sessions, so you can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you.

Rates & Payment

Session Fees
Initial Intake Session: $150
Individual Therapy Session (55 mins): $135
Family/Couple’s Therapy Session (55 mins): $150

Fees listed apply to private pay services. Insurance reimbursement is based on individual plan benefits and contracted rates. While I am happy to assist with general billing questions, clients are ultimately responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, coverage, and any associated out-of-pocket costs.

Payment is required for all services except your free 15-minute consultation. Clients are required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file through SimplePractice, my secure electronic health record system. SimplePractice uses secure, HIPAA-compliant payment processing to protect client information.

Cards on file will be charged within 24 hours of the session being rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

Good Faith Estimate:
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for mental health services.

A Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the anticipated costs of services and is available upon request or as part of the intake process.
